Annual maintenance agreement
The
annual maintenance agreement gives you full access to a
service package covering:

Free updates with new software releases by allowing a full
credit of the purchase price of your existing system when
upgrading to a higher version.

Phone and email technical support for application questions

Priority queries for assistance in your premises, updates,
changes, personal settings.

Special rates for assistance in your premises.

Free maintenance and repair service for hardware devices
provided by OD other than spare parts and consumable.
The
annual costs accounts for around 15% of the total licence
purchase price.

TRAINING
Open Data organizes training
courses on how to use OPERA MES and PREACTOR to enable
Customers to fully exploit the potential of these products
and maximize benefits. The training plan is developed
jointly and courses may be held either in the customer’s
premises or in our head office. Further guidance on OPERA
MES may be given to external staff, with a view to training
qualified resources with strong sales and technical skills.
CONSULTING
With their strong SCM
know-how, Open Data staff can provide organizational
consulting on operations management for all businesses, and
develop with the customer a feasibility study. Technical IT
consulting is also offered in order to choose with the
customer what technologies best fit the project.
