NCM - Condition Monitoring

Condition Monitoring is the starting point for implementing a Predictive Analytical model. In order to carry out projects related to Predictive Quality, Predictive Maintenance and other predictive applications the devices must be interconnected and data and parameters, whose deviations could indicate potential failures, must be acquired in real time. Condition monitoring technologies typically include vibration analysis, oil analysis, as well as monitoring pressure, temperature, acoustics, voltage and motor current.

Thanks to the use of AI and neural networks, we can go beyond regular monitoring of machine parameters and implement Predictive Condition Monitoring, that is predict machine conditions, highlighting and comparing real values with future ones processed by the AI system in order to determine what is happening and what is likely to happen.

Our device connection apps allow you to interconnect any type of device through standard connectors and specific proprietary connectors: Opc Da (Classic), Opc Ua, MTConnect, Euromap63, GPIO (Android, Linux), Opc Db, SQL, Broker Message, Viox-XML, TCP/IP configuring the decode driver...) and native Drivers such as Fanuc and Siemens S7.
